BSOD playing some games. Help would be appreciated.

Hi, could someone help debugging this for me? This blue screen occurs lately when i play Assassins creed 3 and NFS Most Wanted 2. I didnt take note of the error number but ill post the dump files here. But all i know that its something about the direct x files. Ive done all the necessary procedures known i.e download new drivers and software. Typically the direct X updates. Much appreciated btw. Ok so i tried uploading the dump files but it says upload error?
