Alright..first post! Woo. Okay here is what I was able to do

Is Windows 7 . . .
- x64
- the original installed OS on the system.
- an OEM
- About 13 months (Hardware)
- About 13 months, never reinstalled. (OS installation)

I tried running a System Health report, but even with the fix, it still wouldn't pop up. Any suggestions? I'm not very knowledgable or savvy on the specifics of computers, so if you do have a fix for it, use simple steps please :)

That's about it I think, if I'm missing something other than the aformentioned problem, let me know. Thanks.

Mousepad cover is busted; buttons and touchpad still work, but the covers stick due to sliding (they aren't connected to the laptop anymore).

Up until you upgrade to SP-1 the crashes were blamed on your video driver/ subsystem after that USBHUB.sys.

I would

1- re-install the video driver using this method

When upgrading your graphic driver you MUST remove all traces of the current driver. In order to do that we recommend using Guru3D - Driver Sweeper

Phyxion.net - Driver Sweeper

When it is removed then download and install the fresh copy.

2-read here for usb
