BSOD precisely every hour

I'm getting a BSOD (stop: 0x000000F4) that occurs pretty much on the money one hour after I boot up. It occurs regardless of applications opened and even if nothing is open. I say that is occurs right on the hour, I haven't timed it with a stop watch it but it's pretty much bang on 60 minutes plus or minus a few.

Notes:
  • It happened even in Safe mode with networking enabled
  • When it happens the computer locks up, often with sound and graphics stalling out
  • I tried disabling and uninstalling AV to no avail
  • The computer cannot boot with one of my sticks of ram, though the other had 16 clean passes on MemTest
  • I scanned with Malwarebytes and it found nothing (though it did crash before finishing 57 mintues in)
  • Some cursory drive diagnostics from the WD drive utility turned up nothing.
  • I updated my graphics and NIC to the latest driver
  • The BSOD seems to nuke all of my chrome extensions, which show up as installed but do not work and must be removed and reinstalled
  • If I restart my computer it will still crash an hour from the first power on

I'm thinking mobo at this point but wanted to pass it by some wiser eyes before gutting my machine.

the BSOD was a CRITICAL_OBJECT_TERMINATION error caused by csrss.exe, which is an important proocess in cherge of many critical functions of the OS, it can also be malwware, but I doubt it since it's termination made a BSOD happen. I would update all your drivers and then run a full antivirus scan just to make sure the process wasn't terminated by a virus. once you go through with all this, get back to me with results of the scans and if it is still happening

0xF4's are often associated with a failing hard disk, but not always. Its worth checking the Western Digital disk thoroughly using the DOS version of SeaTools (not the Windows version which i see you have installed) to run a LONG test:

Also check to see that the M4 has the latest firmware.

Scanned both drives, and the SSD came up with an error (the other was fine). I tried to install the newest firmware and got this error when restarting during the Crucial update.

there could be an issue with the update files, can you get to repair mode? if so go to system restore and see i you have a restore point before all of this and restore your system to that point

Apologies for tardy updates, I was out of town for a few days. I have updated all the drivers via driver max (although it still says my mouse is not updated it is) and the problem persists. Still unable to complete a full system scan for malware. There are no system restore points on the computer apparently (though I tried to create several).

worseone, we have never recommended using software to update software. The drivers you need can easily be found at your Motherboard's web site or at the manufacturer of your product, if not part of the motherboard.

In post above you stated you got an error installing the latest firmware. Did you let the firmware update complete before rebooting?
