How do i stop Chrome to update every hour?

Most programs i just have to enter to settings and select the update option or what so ever...

but i can not find that in Chrome, and i did a search and i have to enter to policies, bla bla bla and all that stuff...
why is that? for sure it is on purpose so they can send all the updates they consider without your control or authorization...

in my case i receive up to 10 updates in one day i need to stop that.

Trying to find help, this kind of instructions was what i found.

i doubt you are getting 10 updates in one day as in for legitimate reasons. There is a lot to unpack in comment like that i am not sure if i have the energy its late here.

There must be an issue going on with data like saving data or data reverting or corrupting. There could be just as many reasons as the amount of times a day it is updating.

Hi, i am not exaggerating, but is not the norm, usually, no less than twice, but about 4-5 per day, on day i count 8 upates.

i count them by the alerts from my firewall.
