If you wish to have others assist you with your computer's BSOD symptoms, upload the contents of your "\Windows\Minidump" folder. The procedure:
Copy the contents of \Windows\Minidump to another (temporary) location somewhere on your machine.
Zip up the copy.
Start your own thread in the "Crashes and Debugging" section of the forum and attach the ZIP archive to your post using the "paperclip" (file attachments) button.
Briefly describe the problem history and circumstances in the same post. Somebody will attend to your query as soon as possible.

hey guys thanks for the replies.....
I started to learn more about the problem that was causing the BSOD and i found out that the Ethernet nvidia adapter was having some issues with the nvidia driver.i thought it was a bit weird that both of them could be connected.i uninstalled the network adapter and den reinstalled and drivewr and voila!!!!
it worked!!!!but i think it might not work for a long time but my fingers are crossed!!!

hmmm i knew i wud be back here!!!!!
the pc again started doing the BSOD but the main problem is that there are no dump files in the minidump folder.
i am really frustrated with all this.As my graphic card is in the warranty period i can push for a replacement.
but i wanted to ask everyone if that is a necessary option or is this a software issue.

Have you tried enabling minidump on your PC?

Go to Start and type in "sysdm.cpl" (without the quotes) and press Enter
Click on the Advanced tab
Click on the Startup and Recovery Settings button
Ensure that "Automatically restart" is unchecked
Under the Write Debugging Information header select "Small memory dump (64 kB)" in the dropdown box
Ensure that the Small Dump Directory is listed as "%systemroot%\Minidump" (without the quotes)
Click OK twice to exit the dialogs, then reboot for the changes to take effect.
