ok i've completed all the troubleshooting steps for hardware from steps 1 to 8 according to the link you guys gave me.
[2-Int] Stop 0x124 - what it means and what to try
won't be able to do step 9 until tomorrow thou... any other ideas guys? has anybody taken a detailed look at the dmp file?
I really appreciate all the help i've gotten far but does anybody have any other suggestions?

Is that the only DMP file you have?
BTW these drivers need to be updated
