Looking for your help in resolving a random BSOD occurrence on my desktop computer (windows 7 64 bit).
- I cannot correlate this issue with a installation of any particular software.
- It occurs about once a day.The attachment contains two Minidumps. Both have Bug Check String BAD_POOL_HEADER 0x00000019. However one has filenames "hal.dll,ntoskrnl.exe,usbehci.sys" while the other has "hal.dll,ntoskrnl.exe,USBPORT.SYS". I don't know what to conclude from this.
- I have run memtest86 and it has not flagged any errors.
- Latest updates pushed my microsoft have been applied.
- I have attached the "DM Log Collector" logs and also the output WinDbg.
