No problem. Right, looking at your logs you're having trouble with your ASMedia USB 3.0 Host controller drivers.

Looking at the timestamp for your ASMedia drivers, they're both very old and need updating.

:ar: Update your ASMedia USB 3.0 controller drivers here.

Also it seems that Paragon HFS+ Mounter Helper Driver is causing issues. Is this software enabled at startup?

Yeah that's the one. Good call on disabling the Paragon software which was going to be my recommendation. Let us know how you get on.

Something is still not right.... its crashing again and when it reboots the video driver is missing on the auto reboot... then it gets hung up on windows shutting down..... thoughts? Ill post the new dump as soon as its done... Im ready to just give up and throw this expensive thing in the dumpster....I really cant believe all the problems im having here.... I really think somethings fishy with the EVGA board or the BIOS..... this is the first time ive ever not built on ASUS and likely wll be the last.

Don't give up!

It's your ASMedia USB 3.0 Hub driver, at least the host controller has been sorted.

Let us know how it goes. The other thing I would suggest trying before you go the repair install route is uninstall the eXtensible Host Controller via Device Manager, reboot and let Windows source the drivers for you. It may solve the issue and it may not but it's worth a shot.

Right, I think it's time to run Driver Verifier. Looking at your logs there are some very strange drivers listed (Brother drivers from 2006 for instance) and we could do with flushing any troublesome ones out. Driver verifier will stress your drivers and cause BSODs if any fail. Follow this tutorial to enable/disable it. http://www.sevenforums.com/tutorials/101379-driver-verifier-enable-disable.html

Enable driver verifier but only enable the options: Standard settings and IRP logging step 3.
Don't enable Force Pending I/O Requests

   Warning
Make a System Restore point before enabling Driver Verifier.

   Note
Your system will act very sluggishly while DV is enabled, this is normal as your drivers will be being subjected to heavy testing in order to make them crash.
