I noticed the logs are showing numerous throttling states. This can lead to an unstable system. It indicates the CPU is overheating. Make sure your fans are working. If the fans are ok, check to make sure the CPU heatsink is attached properly.
Don't over use heatsink compound. NONE is better than too much. It should be nearly transparent when spread correctly.

The guy I bought it from actually gave me the board with the CPU and Heatsink installed... I know the old thermal paste mistake myself but he supposedly works at intel in the processor dept...so i assumed he knew how to instal a CPU correctly. I did notice it seems hot. But the fan is working heatsink is MASSIVE Artic Freezer i30. I went back and reinstalled the INTEL Me management stuff and the *crashing seems to have stopped for now.Right now my CPU is only at 37c Ive checkit after running a game like Thief and it got as hot as 47c after playing FC3 for while I have not overclocked the chip though. Here is one pre game and immediately post game.
Folks I have reading this thread from the beginning again and I must say: Great Job and team work.
I had crazy problems with my i7-4820 and a Sabertooth.
The Sabertooth was from old stock and not ready for prime time with the new intel I7-4820-E. A RMA to a updated (New Stock) motherboard solved the problem.
NoSuRReNDeR wish you luck and happy computing.

*Update --- I have read the Intel 4820k throttles back to keep the chip cooler (unique feature evidently?IDk) this may explain the throttling. Having followed Boozad and Carwiz's advice I am not having anymore crashes(20+ shutdowns). I will marked solved again and again thank you all.
