BSOD multiple random re-boots: Worker thread returned at bad irql

I am getting BSOD multiple times a day. Error on BSOD: Worker thread returned at bad irql

I had installed Windows updates, Western Digital My passport Software and Samsung Kies Software. After this the BSOD started happening multiples times a day. I am unable to do a System restore to correct the problem. Have uninstalled the WD and Samsung softwares, but no respite.

One specific instance noticed is that launch of utorrent results in quick BSOD, else it happens randomly. I would like to completely eliminate this problem. Would appreciate any and all help. Dump files attached as instructed.

Windows Reliability report says:
The computer has rebooted from a bugcheck. The bugcheck was: 0x000000e1 (0xfffff800033d8560, 0x0000000000000002, 0xfffffa80080cf120, 0xfffffa80080cf120). A dump was saved in: C:\Windows\MEMORY.DMP. Report Id: 110612-29328-01.

I am running Win 7, HP 64 bit on a Sony Vaio Laptop. Never had this problem over the last 1 year that I have owned this Laptop.

What I am noticing that you have two antivirus programs installed. Dont do it at all. Let Microsoft Security Essential stay there, uninstall McAfee Using McAfee Removal Tool. Use Microsoft Security Essentials as your antivirus with windows inbuilt firewall, and free MBAM as the on demand scanner.

Usual causes: Device driver

Update these two drivers:

1. Atheros NIC driver from ATHEROS drivers for Microsoft Windows (Atheros?????)
2. Atheros network adapter driver from ATHEROS drivers for Microsoft Windows (Atheros?????)

As your crash dumps are not showing any finite probable cause. In such a situation, it is better to enable Driver Verifier to monitor the drivers. If after unininstalling McAfee and updating these couple of drivers there are further crashes, enable it.

Driver Verifier - Enable and Disable
Run Driver Verifier for 24 hours or the occurrence of the next crash, whichever is earlier.

Let us know the results, with the subsequent crash dumps, if any.
