Hi,

I get the BSOD several times throughout the day, when my PC is being used heavily and when there is little load at all.

I have provided my PC info during the registration and ran the debug file, which is attached.

I also tried to upload the latest .dmp file, but it would not upload.

Thanks for your help!

Wass

Try again - there is no zip file attachment.

1. Download the DM Log Collector application to your desktop by clicking the link below

DM Log Collector.exe

2. Run it by double-clicking the icon on your desktop, and follow the prompts.
3. Locate the .ZIP file that is created on your desktop, and upload it here in your next reply.

Sorry, but I did that twice and neither time did it produce a .zip file.

Both times it produced it several files, to which i have zipped and attached

Are these files that would be contained in the .zip file?

LOL - I can't even get through this post, without my PC crashing...

If these are not the files that are in the .zip then I do not know what to tell you, sorry.

Thanks,

Wass

Thanks!

I ran all the test:

RAM - OK

CPU - OK
However, it did crash while running the test. The test ran up to 74C. I noticed that the CPU temp showed 30-74 on the monitoring software, but below on the motherboard temp monitoring area, it was showing 193C for motherboard, CPU, etc. Thought that was really weird that there was such a discrepancy. So, thought maybe the motherboard has some type of errors in the monitoring system, which might be causing the BSODs. Thoughts?

Video - OK

Storage - OK

The CPU cooler is a CORSAIR water cooler with dual fans. And, yes the PC is very clean.

Ok. You are running close to the maximim. At this stage, all I can suggest is to reseat the cooler with new thermal paste, and run IBT again.
