BSOD random times no known app triggers-err: 0x00000124

BSOD happens at random times, no known application is triggering this:

Windows 7 Professional 32 bit
Computer: Hp All-in-one 100B
Processor: AMD E-350 1.60 GHz
RAM: 2 GB

new information-Please help

I have some new information about my problem. I ran the windows repair tool (Tweakbit fixmyPC), and it came across a BSOD issue and 612 Missing Software issues. Looks like they are mostly microsoft currentversion, uninstall and install files.
Anyways, in order for that program to "fix" all the issues, i have to activate it and I do not have any money at this time. Does anyone know of any free software that can do the same?
I'd greatly appreciate anyones help. This is my Moms computer and she suffers from many illnesses that keep her homebound and really needs access to this computer.
I really appreciate any help with this BSOD issue. Thank you so much. I do have a screen capture of the BSOD because i took a pic of it with my phone. if its ok for me to attach it to this post please let me know and i will.
