BSOD random times, OS reinstalled, legal SW

Hi, my laptop HP Probook 450 shows BSOD IRQ_LESS or EQUAL

I check BSOD viewer and it seems that problem is in ntoskrnl.exe+80640

I reinstalled OS several times, tested memory via Memtest, tested HDD via HD tune and still nothing.

Please can you help me?

Welcome to the 7forums

Please visit Windows Update and install every update available, it may take a couple of times to get them all.
The exception is there for Windows 10 update.

Hotfix(s):                 2 Hotfix(s) Installed.

Please note, it does not matter if your previous installations were up to date. It is the current installation that needs to be updated for proper troubleshooting.

Updates installed and today again BSOD - same like the others - kernel

Upload a new zip from the DM tool.

I install all updates for Windows except language packs and office updates.

While troubleshooting please do NOT use Ccleaner or any clean-up utility, unless specified with specific instructions for what to uncheck or what to check for deleting. This to prevent relevant data from being deleted by accident.

Please check HP for driver updates for the Wifi drivers.
