haha, Well it seems my battle not yet over and the BSOD monster still haunts me. My PC only BSOD now when Installing certain games like batman Arkam city, it rare but it does sometimes BSOD while idling over night. It did BSOD after a good bit of time playing Shogun total war....but that could have been my fault. The PC WAY more stable and BSOD ALOT less then when this all started, if i could figure out this last issue id be one happy camper. Haha. I also included pictures for CPU-Z and crash report, just in case.

Device Concerns:
Code:
Not Available	ACPI\INT33A0\0	The drivers for this device are not installed.
Make sure drivers for all devices are installed. The above appears to be part of Intel Smart Connect technology.

Analysis:
Have you tested the RAM individually through doing your normal routine in Windows?

Since your blue screen crashes occur regularly, we can test the memory through running Windows. Test the memory slots and modules as follows.
  1. Shut down and turn off your computer.
  2. Unplug all power sources to the tower (unplug the power from the outlet/surge protector or PSU).
  3. Hold down the power button for 30 seconds (for your safety and the safety of the components) to close the circuit and drain all power from components.
  4. Remove the casing.
  5. Remove all but one memory module making sure you are grounded while doing so.
  6. Replace the casing and put the remaining memory modules in a safe, static free environment.
  7. If the problem persists, repeat steps 1-4 and move the memory module to another slot (while staying grounded, of course).

Do this until all slots have been tested. If all slots fail, the memory module may be bad. Test with one of the remaining modules. Continue one module at a time in one slot at a time until you find a good module and good slot. Test remaining modules in the good slot, test good modules in other slots to find bad slots, etc.

Test by doing your normal routine in Windows for twice as long as it takes to get a crash or until you get a crash, whichever comes first. You can also test by doing the tasks that generally cause crashes.

Update: I used one stick of RAM in the First slot and Batman Arkam city installed perfectly fine, then I installed the second stick in the first slot and tried to reinstall the game on another hard drive and it BSOD... so looks like I have a bad stick of ram....yay..Haha looks like I get to contact Newegg and wait another week for new RAM haha. thank for your help so far! I also do sometimes get a BSOD playing batman with that one stick, so perhaps it not working 100% ether...

I am slightly confused. I understand you have one likely bad module. Is that the same module that causes Batman to crash when you play, or are you referring to the module that may be good that is causing Batman to crash?

Ok, I have two modules each 4 gbs. I used Module A in slot 1 and installed batman fine, then I put module B into Slot 1 and tried to reinstall batman and it blue screened. I played batman with Module A in and it Blue screens while I had it paused and was AFK. But I think that may have been my fault with using setting that my graphic cards could not handle, I've played 3-4 hours on the game after the blue screen with module A and it has not BSOD. So i think the BSOD with Module A during the batman session was caused by a setting being to high for my graphic card to handle since they are not Direct X 11 capable. But Batman did BSOD while installings with Module B.
