I've been having this problem for months now and can not figure out what is causing it. Every couple of weeks my pc would bsod almost instantly every time I watch a video on YouTube and this can happen for days or weeks, then the problem will go away for a few weeks and suddenly come back again. I have tried so many different fixes but the problem always seems to come back. 2 weeks ago I did a complete wipe and reinstall of windows 7 and guess what, 2 days ago it started to bsod again just like it did before. Can someone please help me?

Edit: Okay, now it is crashing just from browsing Google :/

Also another thing that has been happening which is unrelated and not necessarily a problem is every now and then I will hear a buzzing/whining sound from inside of my computer and it will change pitch whenever I move the mouse or open new windows or do anything which changes what is on screen when in game menus (I noticed the pitch change most when going through the options menu in minecraft) its very strange are hard to explain but does anyone know what it is and if it is normal?

Sorry this one slipped through the cracks mate, I'm just going to take a look at your logs. I'll be back shortly.

Right, there are quite a few drivers being flagged in the first dump I opened. They're listed below with instructions on what to do.

Your nVidia driver is first up:

Code:
fffff880`0205b928 fffff880`055afcef[B][COLOR=Red]*** WARNING: Unable to verify timestamp for nvlddmkm.sys
*** ERROR: Module load completed but symbols could not be loaded for nvlddmkm.sys[/COLOR][/B]
 nvlddmkm+0xcecef
Download this earlier version from here and follow NVIDIA Drivers - Avoid Problems for the cleanest possible install.

Next up is a Razer driver.

Code:
fffff880`0205b4e8 fffff880`0790236dUnable to load image \SystemRoot\system32\DRIVERS\rzdaendpt.sys, Win32 error 0n2
[B][COLOR=Red]*** WARNING: Unable to verify timestamp for rzdaendpt.sys
*** ERROR: Module load completed but symbols could not be loaded for rzdaendpt.sys[/COLOR][/B]
 rzdaendpt+0x236d
I'm not sure whether this is to do with Game Booster, Comms or Synapse. Uninstall all of them then reintroduce them one by one once you're stable to see which one replicates the issue.

Another Razer driver to reinforce the above action:

Code:
fffff880`0205aeb8 fffff880`0794a18aUnable to load image \SystemRoot\system32\DRIVERS\rzudd.sys, Win32 error 0n2
[B][COLOR=Red]*** WARNING: Unable to verify timestamp for rzudd.sys
*** ERROR: Module load completed but symbols could not be loaded for rzudd.sys[/COLOR][/B]
 rzudd+0x918a
Do you have MioNet installed? If so, uninstall it.

Code:
fffff880`0205a3b8 fffff880`02ddb92eUnable to load image \SystemRoot\system32\DRIVERS\ndisrd.sys, Win32 error 0n2
[B][COLOR=Red]*** WARNING: Unable to verify timestamp for ndisrd.sys
*** ERROR: Module load completed but symbols could not be loaded for ndisrd.sys[/COLOR][/B]
 ndisrd+0x192e
Your Atheros network driver has also been flagged.

Code:
fffff880`0205a008 fffff880`064eea4fUnable to load image \SystemRoot\system32\DRIVERS\athrx.sys, Win32 error 0n2
[B][COLOR=Red]*** WARNING: Unable to verify timestamp for athrx.sys
*** ERROR: Module load completed but symbols could not be loaded for athrx.sys[/COLOR][/B]
 athrx+0xb1a4f
This is old and needs updating. Check here or your motherboard vendor's support page for an updated version.

Code:
6: kd> lmvm athrx
start end module name
fffff880`0643d000 fffff880`065c3000 athrx T (no symbols)

    Image path: \SystemRoot\system32\DRIVERS\athrx.sys
    Image name: athrx.sys

Download and run MemTest86+ to test your RAM.

   Note
Run MemTest86+ for at least 8 passes. Ideally set it off before you go to bed and leave it overnight, we're looking for zero errors here. A single error will show something's going bad with your RAM.
