Hi there

Lately i've been getting quite a few BSOD's. I've been getting quite a few error codes as well, so I'm not quite sure where to look. I have the zipped DM log collector attached below.

I've had it happen while i'm browsing the internet, while i'm playing Minecraft or while I'm playing League of Legends. It has also happened while I was coding in Visual Studio.

Please do let me know if you need anything more or if you need me to try something.

Kind regards
Maldark

Hi again

I was about to do the bios update when I noticed something strange.

I was in the bios and saw that the BLK was set to 103 rather than the default 100. I tried to reset to defaults as instructed to do prior to the bios update (instructed by the motherboard manual). Whenever I tried to reset -> save settings it'd revert back to the 103 BLK. I then tried setting it to 100 by myself and setting the core clock from 41(why was it 41??) to auto.

After having set BLK to 100 I could reset to factory without it reverting back to the 103 on reboot.

I haven't overclocked on this motherboard at all, could it be the previous owner of the board having overclocked? I hadn't thought of that so I dont think I reset to default when I first put in my chip.

This could also be the cause of the instability could it not?

Anyway, what do you recommend I do now? Leave it at BLK 100 and auto (except 1600mhz ram) and hope for the best? Or should I proceed with the bios update?

Kind regards
Maldark

Alright, will do. I'll keep in touch, although it may take a while. As you could probably see there are sometimes more than 14 days inbetween the BSOD's.

Thanks
