BSOD randomly, happens when I opened Twitch Stream

Well the boot is smooth now, but all web pages slightly stall as if they are taking 5-8 seconds before they actually want to connect. It's not HUGE obviously only taking 5-8 seconds, but it is a noticeable difference than before, which would connect instantly to any webpage. Also noticing some hiccups when watching live streams (mainly Twitch), I will be watching fine, then it will freeze for 2-4 seconds and then resume like normal. This was not happening before all these updates either. Any way I can see if there is something in the pipeline that would be causing this slight hiccup?

Is your network driver and browser updated?

Yes, I just went to the Intel website and downloaded the latest driver, and Firefox keeps itself up to date.
