I get a BSOD randomly. Sometimes daily, sometimes not for a week or so. It happens most often when streaming media (YouTube, Twitch) and sometimes when gaming, but not very often. (I don't game all that much, and usually just LoL or WoW).

Attaching the zip file with all the information.

Thank you

I would like to have a look at the health of the drives, please follow the below instructions in the order it is provided.

1. Please go to Download – Crystal Dew World and click the blue zip button which will download a portable version of CrystalDiskInfo. Extract the zip file and run diskinfo64.exe which will ask for administrator rights, please allow it.
CrystalDiskInfo uses 3 colors for indication

  • Blue = good
  • Yellow = warning
  • Red = bad

A little below the menu you'll see drives with each a circle with a color, if any of these is NOT blue please click it.
Before making a screenshot, please do the following
- Go to function > Advanced feature > raw values, change it to 10 [DEC]
- Make sure all attributes are clearly visible
Make a screenshot of CrystalDiskInfo and post this screenshot in your next post.

2. Please run chkdsk on your WDC drive.
Disk Check - Windows 7 Help Forums
Use option TWO with parameter /r
After chkdsk is finished, upload the chkdsk log

The disks look OK, you can look for firmware updates for them (support-ssd-mx100 | United States). What is your motherboard model because I can't read it in the logs?

Can you break this down a bit for me? I only have Avast Premier, when I go into Control Panel, Windows Defender is Off, as is Windows Firewall. It says: "These settings are being managed by vendor application Avast Premier"

Should I update the drivers through windows update? They are all listed as optional, so I didn't think they were needed.

What is KMS?

Sorry for the double post, but I went ahead and updated everything through windows update and now my computer is acting a bit strange on boot.

Once I get to my desktop my internet now freezes and takes like 2-3 full minutes to "load", I use wired connection and the network icon in the tray gets stuck with the blue loading circle over it. Also the Intel Turbo Boost Technology Monitor 2.6 used to be the 1st thing to load on my desktop and now also freezes with the internet and they both make my whole computer not work for a full 2-3 minutes after I login and get to my desktop. This was never the case before. The Monitor used to pop up first and then the internet would be ready instantly.

I just ran a fresh chkdsk and still getting the stall issue on boot. I've attached the file. I did notice that there is a bunch of errors in the event viewer, not sure if there it has anything to do with everything stalling on boot so I attached that as well.

There is the Chkdsk for the D: drive. It is just for storage, no OS is installed on it. Connecting to any webpage has been noticeably slower after these updates. Went to Intel's webpage and got the latest NET driver also. Still having the stalling issue on boot/login where nothing will load for a full 2 minutes, then everything pops up and loads at the same time. Never had these issues before updating so I believe they are all driver related and not ISP related.

Any drive that is connected will be used and if the file system on the drive is corrupted it will cause issues.
Even if it is for storage only, when you access something on it Windows will have to deal with it.

What BIOS version did you update to, the stable or the beta?
If you updated using the BETA version, please install the stable version. Unfortunately, MrPepka didn't point out any risks involved with installing a BETA BIOS.

I used the stable version. 2801

Updated the SDD firmware to MU3
Windows updated all important and recommended drivers
Then went to Intel's website and got the latest Network driver.
It's causing all websites to stall for 3-10 seconds before loading.
Is there any other scans I can do or files I can provide you that would give insight?

So I was able to narrow it down to Razer Chroma SDK Server & Razer Chroma SDK Serivce. With those 2 and Razer Synapse disabled under startup, and everything else under Services and Startup enabled, the windows is not stalling. What is suggested, uninstall and reinstall Razer Synapse and see if that works? Or is there another recommendation?
