BSOD randomly, multiple errors

Introduction:

Hi everyone, I need help with my new PC I got about 3-4weeks ago.
The PC is completely new, and as the seller stated "tested"
But I'm having a few issues with it. It blue screens often and its starting to really
irritate me. It blue screens randomly while I play GTA IV, Call of Duty 4 and MW2. Even when running Skype and Steam! There are 4 different blue screen codes I get.

Blue Screens In Order Of Occurance:

1)MEMORY_MANAGEMENT Occurance: 19 times so far (Stop: 0x0000001a)
2)IRQL_NOT_LESS_OR_EQUAL Occurance: 9 times so far (STOP: 0x0000000a)
3)SYSTEM_SERVICE_EXCEPTION Occurance: 2 times so far (STOP: 0x0000003b)
4)ATTEMPTED_WRITE_TO_READONLY_MEMORY Occurance: 1 (STOP: 0x000000be)
Update:
New BSOD since posting this thread.
5)DRIVER_POWER_STATE_FAILURE Occurance: 1 (STOP: 0x0000009f)

System Health Report:

Could not generate(Save as option grayed out)

System Specifications:

Processor: AMD Phenom X4 3.2GHz
Graphics Card: Nvidia GTX 550 Ti
RAM: 8GB RAM
Motherboard: ASUS M5A78L-M /USB3
HDD(s): 500GB + 320GB(x2)
OS: Windows 7 Ultimate 64bit
Hardware age: New

These crashes were caused by memory corruption. Please run these two tests to verify your memory and find which driver is causing the problem.


1-Memtest.

*Download a copy of Memtest86 and burn the ISO to a CD using Iso Recorder or another ISO burning program. Memtest86+ - Advanced Memory Diagnostic Tool

*Boot from the CD, and leave it running for at least 5 or 6 passes.

Just remember, any time Memtest reports errors, it can be either bad RAM or a bad motherboard slot.

Test the sticks individually, and if you find a good one, test it in all slots.

2-Driver verifier

I'd suggest that you first backup your data and then make sure you've got access to another computer so you can contact us if problems arise. Then make a System Restore point (so you can restore the system using the Vista/Win7 Startup Repair feature).

In Windows 7 you can make a Startup Repair disk by going to Start....All Programs...Maintenance...Create a System Repair Disc - with Windows Vista you'll have to use your installation disk or the "Repair your computer" option at the top of the Safe Mode menu .

Then, here's the procedure:
- Go to Start and type in "verifier" (without the quotes) and press Enter
- Select "Create custom settings (for code developers)" and click "Next"
- Select "Select individual settings from a full list" and click "Next"
- Select everything EXCEPT FOR "Low Resource Simulation" and click "Next"
- Select "Select driver names from a list" and click "Next"
Then select all drivers NOT provided by Microsoft and click "Next"
- Select "Finish" on the next page.

Reboot the system and wait for it to crash to the Blue Screen. Continue to use your system normally, and if you know what causes the crash, do that repeatedly. The objective here is to get the system to crash because Driver Verifier is stressing the drivers out. If it doesn't crash for you, then let it run for at least 36 hours of continuous operation (an estimate on my part).

If you can't get into Windows because it crashes too soon, try it in Safe Mode.
If you can't get into Safe Mode, try using System Restore from your installation DVD to set the system back to the previous restore point that you created.

Thanks for the reply zigzag3143! I will try these two things now, and will report anything that comes up. Also, do you know how I could successfully get a System Health Report? "Save as" seems to be grayed out.

I hope you dont mind the bump, I really need help with this. I reinstalled the OS since the thread and am still experiencing BSOD

No problem for the bump. We will need to know what steps you took to reinstall; was it a clean install, a repair install or did you do a system recovery using discs?

It was a Clean reinstall, I included the dump files in the video if I'm not mistaken, also I cant seem to get a system health report.

System health report is the least of your issues. If after a clean install you are experiencing bsod's there is a good chance the problem is hardware. Earlier I suggested you run memtest to verify your ram and it is still a good start.

As a matter of fact, I do need some more help. The blue screens are getting more common. For some reason. Any other ways of testing for faulty hardware and such is appreciated. Also whats your guys' opinion on a program called "REIMAGE" ?

Re-image will do nothing if it is hardware.
