This appears to be a random event, It will happen while I'm working in Word 07 pro, browsing the internet, or even while the computer is idle.

I've attached the reports from the SF Diagnostic tool.

Please assist me in finding a solution on this ASAP, this is a business computer and can't have it constanly going down, especially while in the middle of a meeting with clients.

Thank you much

William Brevard III

Welcome
Its your AVG software, I assume AV. In any event either uninstall driver or update software at website
Avgidsfilterx.sys file descriptionProductname:AVG IDS Description:IDS Application Activity Monitor Filter Driver. Company:AVG Technologies CZ, s.r.o.
If mine, I would uninstall and replace with Microsoft Security Essentials and scan once a week with Malwarbytes.
Start with a system restore point.
