BSOD related with win32k.sys and ntoskrnl.exe(memory_management, IRQL)

(Crash dumps below, post 5)

Just a few days ago i installed Windows 7 x64 ultimate on my new machine, as so far i'm 100% sure this is RAM or Windows related, Prime95 ran 1.5gb of RAM with no crashes, but then at full load RAM it crashes after 30min, i'm running XMP 1600Mhz on Corsair memorys, system setup :

Intel HD 4000
Fractal Design Define r4
Cooler Master Hyper 212 Evo
3770k
Asus Z77 V-Pro
Corsair 16GB Vengeance (cml16gx3m4a1600c9) Vengeance® Low Profile
Corsair Gaming Series 800W

So far testing :
Memtest86+ Randomly freezing, even with legacy_usb disabled, runs 1pass then freezes before that it did freeze randomly.

Prime95, Stable 100% CPU, but not at 100% RAM

- > Random BSODs, even when barely ANY Ram is in use and the computer is Idle, not gaming related but occurs more when gaming or RAM dependant even though it's 16GB.

BIOS - > Nothing changed except XMP enabled and usb legacy boost + Fans

Voltage : Auto on everything (Can be related but not 100% Sure, i want some confirmation, but i've heard since i'm using ALL ram ports it can need more voltage)

About the blue screen errors, how should i post them here? The errors are basically Memory_Management and IRQL_NOT_LESS_OR_EQUAL, with the problem occuring at ntoskrnl.exe+7f1c0 (5 times), win32k.sys+cda3a AND b2598 (2 times total)

Bios is Updated to latest version, still same problem occured

I would actually suggest turning xmp back off and seeing if the problem abates.
I would also check motherboard manufacturer for bios updates that pertain to XMP or memory compatibility.

About BIOS, already done that, still same problem occuring, about XMP i'm gonna try and see if it will crash within 24hours.

Edit : Changed XMP to normal (loaded default), everything is standard and running at 1333 instead of 1600 however the memory itself is meant to support 1600 accordingly to corsair, the voltage was running at auto though could that be the problem? Because 1.5V doesn't seem right and it also jumps back and forth.

For me specifically minidumps would be awesome you can just find c:\windows\minidump and zip the contents using the paperclip icon to attach them to your post.

As for testing the memory prime isn't really the way to go, I would actually suggest allowing this to run overnight and then see the results after 4 to 6 passes

For me specifically minidumps would be awesome you can just find c:\windows\minidump and zip the contents using the paperclip icon to attach them to your post.

Okay this part is important. If memtest 86 is flat out locking up, there is more than likely a very very serious problem. I've run it on machines from ancient to brand new state of the art. It has never once actually locked up on me. Even when the machines were full of memory that did nothing but spit back errors.

So, what should i exactly do? haven't crashed since downclocking to 1333Mhz

Ran memtest86+ at 1600Mhz for 2 passes, then it did freeze at pass 5 Test 99%, pass 36%?

Time : 3:32:02 errors : 0.

cause : unex4ected igterrupt '' - haltivg

then lotsa zeros ffffffs etc...

One question, if i run the RAM at 1333Mhz for 1day, and it doesn't crash, does this mean the voltage is maybe too low at 1600Mhz? Memtest86+ ran for 3 and a half hour, probably not enough, it did 2 passes though with 0 errors.

Edit : It crashed at 1333Mhz, so this isn't RAM related? or could the RAM be corrupt or something?
Is it the OS simple? Or is a RAM broken or something?

Edit : Errors are 0x0000001a (Memory_Management) and 0x0000000a (IRQL_NOT_LESS_OR_EQUAL)
