Win32k.sys and ntoskrnl.exe 0x3b BSOD

Hi, I recently built my first computer and I have been having a really annoying bluescreen which apparently caused by Win32k.sys and ntoskrnl.exe and is listed as a SYSTEM_SERVICE_EXCEPTION. I decided to try a fresh install of windows and everything was going fine, but again I get the error. I then thought about it being my RAM so I tested it with memtest, it passed. I have updated all of my drivers to the latest stable builds and tried everything I can possibly think of. I get this BSOD at random and there is no apparent cause that I can see. I will upload minidumps and such if needed and I am open to just about every solution at this point. Please Help.

Yes they were, however they don't contain that much information regarding what was responsible.
The only clues are that the bugcheck is a 0x3B which is generally caused by graphics drivers.
The other clue is the driver at "fault" is win32k.sys which is the system windowing driver, this is not the fault though.
I advise running Driver Verifier to determine if we have a driver corrupting the system.
Follow these instructions.

If I encounter a bluescreen what should I do, like will it create files or something?

Driver Verifier will force a bugcheck (blue screen) if a driver is doing something it shouldn't.
Just upload the new dump file it creates.
The dump files are located:
C:/Windows/Minidump

It could be speedfan as I did not have any BSOD's for 4 days then when I install that that I have one the day after..

I very much doubt it. It's probably a coincidence.
Make sure you upload the dump files in your next reply.

Ok but my bluescreens are very random so my next one could be today or in a couple of days. I would also like to know how long I should use it for as it is slowing down my internet speeds.

I have had no bluecreens so far, I also un installed speedfan before I started driver verifier. I dont know if the problem is fixed or if it is not what is still causing it.

Should I stop driver verifier for now and see if the problem persists?

Hello again, just today I went to shut down my computer and received another bluescreen, the same as last 0x3b system service exception. Here is my new dump file:

Ok, I will try that again tomorrow as I am just back from work. One question: is defective RAM still a possible cause?

Sorry I have not posted in a while, I have just been working a lot. This is also the reason that I have not used driver verifier again because I would rather devote a whole day to using and working 12-10 would not leave me much time. I am off tomorrow and will run it the full day and post back tomorrow night :)
