User is having repeated crashes on a Lenovo T450s. We can't figure out any one thing they are doing to cause it. So far it seems to happen while she is away from the computer and she comes back to the blue screen. One error hinted at the hard drive but so far all diagnostics say its fine. Only thing I see in event log is loss of power entries, but those seem to be from hard rebooting it to get BSOD cleared. Once it starts back up, it runs great until the next BSOD.

Odd thing is the capture tool stated no dumps were available. Attached the logs it generated.

Thanks!
Jim

Hi Jimstigator,

Please check {windows partition}\windows\minidump and check if there are any dump files saved.
Please make sure your pc is configured for small dump files How to configure minidump | Windows 7 tutorial

Also, the attached zip file is missing a lot of files.
When there are dump files, please use the tool again and upload the zip file.

Seemed odd there was no dump file. Also can't find one manually. I went in and changed it from "Kernel Dump" to "Mini Dump". Will report back as soon as she gets the BSOD again.

Thanks,
Jim
