BSOD right after windows startup

Hello,

The moment I start up my computer the BSOD occurs right after it loads the desktop. This does not happen when i put another harddrive in my computer. When I put the harddrive from my computer into my laptop it works fine too. So I have no idea what the problem might be. I hope anyone of you could tell me what is going on. And if there is another solution than formating the harddrive. I couldnt create a DM Log, since the system crashes intantly. I do have a screenshot of the BSOD.
I hope anyone of you has an idea of how to solve this problem.

Ok so just so we have it right this one particular drive will boot up in the laptop but not the desktop?? because it does seem to me that the desktop? really is not compatible with the offending drive for whatever reason.

Now assuming the desktop drive had an install while in the desktop then when run in the laptop it should result at some stage that it is a non genuine copy of Windows - which should also be the same case when the laptop drive is used in the desktop. That is because unless the copy of Windows was a retail copy the servers at Microsoft would pick that up fairly quickly. Plus even if the copy was a retail copy of Windows although it can be used more than once it cannot be used on more than one machine at a a time excepting that it is a family pack.

When you install a drive with a working operating system into another computer things don't match.
