Hi :)

I have this problem while I just browse the internet or when I try to download something.. I get discconected from the internet and I have to reboot or I get the BSOD. DRIVER_IRQL_NOT_LESS_OR_EQUAL.

I tried to reinstall the LAN driver, but still no success. I reinstalled Windows, same problem. Could you please help me?

Hello cristinacostea.

Install Service pack 1 and all other windows updates. Otherwise the system will remain vulnerable to threats.
Code:
[COLOR=Red]Windows 7 Kernel Version 7600 MP[/COLOR] (4 procs) Free x64
Product: WinNt, suite: TerminalServer SingleUserTS
Built by: 7600.16385.amd64fre.win7_rtm.090713-1255
Learn how to install Windows 7 Service Pack 1 (SP1)
Service Pack and Update Center - Microsoft Windows

Two of your three crash dumps are indicating to Atheros AR8161/8165 PCI-E Gigabit Ethernet Controller (NDIS 6.20). So update the driver from http://support.asus.com/download.aspx?SLanguage=en&m=X55VD&p=3&s=117&os=30&hashedid=bWYltSd9mAtkFvzp ( Version V2.0.15.16 ).

Uninstall McAfee Security Scan Plus Using McAfee Removal Tool. It causes some network blockages.
Use Microsoft Security Essentials as your antivirus with windows inbuilt firewall, and free MBAM as the on demand scanner.
Download, install and update those, and then run full system scans with both of them, one by one.

Free up the startup. Windows does not need any other program to auto start with it, but the auto start programs often conflicts and causes various problems including BSODs.

  1. Click on the Start button
  2. Type “msconfig (without quotes), click the resulting link. It will open the System Configuration window.
  3. Select the “Startup” tab.
  4. Deselect all items other than the antivirus.
  5. Apply > OK
  6. Accept then restart.
The other crash dump is not very clear, but giving a slight hint about display failure. If that issue continues, we will troubleshoot that one too, but not right now.

Let us know the situation after applying those changes.

Not the fact. You have not done everything.

Service pack 1 is not installed. Startup is not cleaned up.

Updating the network driver is not EVERYTHING that was suggested. Have another look.

Anyway, uninstall Akamai NetSession Interface.

Update the Intel HD Graphics Driver, either from our forum link, http://www.sevenforums.com/graphic-...-graphics-driver-windows-7-a.html#post2166304, or You may get it from Intel Download Center.
Moreover, you may run the Intel (R) Driver Update Utility to auto detect the appropriate driver for your computer.

For nvidia: Install the NVIDIA DRIVERS 314.22WHQL only.

  • Uninstall All nvidia items in Control Panel > Programs and features
    • 3D Vision Control Driver
    • 3D Vision Driver
    • Graphics Driver
    • HD Audio Driver
    • PhysX
    • nvidia Update
(Are you using nvidia chipset drivers? If so, dont uninstall anything other than those are listed).
  • Now follow Drivers - Clean Left over Files after Uninstalling
  • Download 314.22 WHQL. While installing, Select Custom (Advanced) install. In the next page, follow this settings:

Update Atheros AR9485 Wireless Network Adapter from Drivers for Atheros AR9485 and Windows 7 .

Let us know after ALL are done. It is your issue, and if you overlook steps not fitting your agenda, your issue will continue to occur .... no loss from my part.
