windows 7 x86 (32-bit) non-genuine OS - an OEM - OEM = came pre-installed on system - What is the age of system (hardware)? 5 years - What is the age of OS installation (have you re-installed the OS?) many times*forget when last installed* Actually i already try with windows xp and 7 but the BSoD still happen..even i reformatting it many times but the BSoD still occur...It start happen 3 - 4 month before this. WE really need the DMP file try this method.
