Solved BSOD stop: 0x0a

Hey everyone,

I been receiving this error "irql_not_less_or_equal stop 0x0a" when shutting down windows 7 home premium x64. I have updated all my drivers and still have no luck. The dump file states this:

After updating to SP1 your BSOD's are now being caused by Agere Systems Soft Modem. See if you can uninstall that device from device manager.

Thanks Mgorman87. You are right. Uninstalling Agere Systems Soft Modem eliminated the stop 0x0a. Since I do not use the device, I just removed it from my pc.
