BSOD surfing the net, Vuze downloading, Irql Not Less Or Equal

Hi all, new to the forum and surprised to get a BSOD today! (Irql Not Less Or Equal)
My computer have been stalbe for over a year and i wonder if the error can be
detected or if i need to format C:

Ok, forgot about the computer when i went to work this morning so i did a 17 hour test!

When i got home from work it said 0 errors!!! So i guess that is good!

Alright

You need to uninstall:

1. Avast!
2. Daemon Tools

REBOOT

Use Microsoft Security Essentials for the time being.

Run the System file checker 3 times and reboot if it finds integrity violations.

Go to your motherboards manufacturers website and update your BIOS version.

Do you have any back-up tool installed in your computer?

Do the steps above and keep us posted

Avast and Daemon tools uninstalled!
Rebooted, MS Security Essentials installed, System file checker scanned 3 times and no integrity violations!

BIOS Updated!!
I have no back-up tools installed!!

So did you install avast and daemon tools again? Did the blue screens reoccur with MSE installed?
