BSOD twice now two errors 0xc0000001 0xc0000221

I had two BSOD in a row, the second one occurred during startup. And now my pc won't boot, I get the following error when I start it up it gives me an option to do startup repair or start normally, either one just send the pc into a restart loop. I have managed to get F8 to work once but it just sends it restarting.

I have tried to use a repair disc and a install disc to run startup repair via those disc, but all I get is the following errors.

File: /windows/system32/config/system

status: 0xc0000001

Info: Windows failed to load because the system registry file missing, or corrupt.

OR

File: \windows\system32\ntkrnlpa.exe

status: 0xc0000221

info: windows failed to load because the kernel is missing, or corrupt.

that 0xc0000001 error occasionally adds "winload.exe" to the end of the file path.

I have ran out of ideas, any help?

I am able to select the f8. screen but it goes into a restart loop for a few mins and ends on those two errors

So you cannot boot into even safe mode?

Your system specs are also silent about your hardware. How old the computer is, and how old is the installation is?

To store your data secured before formatting the disk, save them in any external HDD, following the method http://www.sevenforums.com/tutorials/93347-copy-paste-windows-recovery-console.html.

One more question .... wherefrom you have got the copy of windows? is it, by any chance, a checked build?

If the installation also fails, we are to think about the HDD itself and the RAM.

Correct, I can't boot into anything. including discs

Do you have access to another computer? if so, do these on that .

► Hard Disk Check:

1. Reseat the sata and power.
2. Run chkdsk /f/r, following the option two of the tutorial Disk Check
3. Seatool for dos: SeaTools | Seagate download
   Burn it in a blank cd. boot from the CD, click on "Accept", wait for it to finish detecting the drives, then in the upper left corner select "Basic Tests", then select "Long Test" and let it run.

Run memtest for at least 8 passes, preferably overnight.

This bugcheck is generated when the kernel detects that critical kernel code or
data have been corrupted. There are generally three causes for a corruption:
1) A driver has inadvertently or deliberately modified critical kernel code
 or data. See http://www.microsoft.com/whdc/driver/kernel/64bitPatching.mspx
2) A developer attempted to set a normal kernel breakpoint using a kernel
 debugger that was not attached when the system was booted. Normal breakpoints,
 "bp", can only be set if the debugger is attached at boot time. Hardware
 breakpoints, "ba", can be set at any time.
3) A hardware corruption occurred, e.g. [B]failing RAM holding kernel code or data.

It seems to be the same in your case. RAM failure. As you are getting errors in the first pass.
I have asked my hardware expert friend for some better input.

Under System Manufacturer/Model Number add whether it is a desktop or laptop and whether self built.

We need to know all this info to go forward. If the system still isn't booting, do the best you can from your memory. If you have multiple sticks of RAM, remove all except the one closest to the CPU and test.
