BSOD Ultimate in Games nvlddmkm.sys

Hello Guys,
First at all my Englisch is not perfect sorry for that i Hope you understand me. I Have a big Problem with my Pc anytime i play pacific games my Monitor get Black an search for a Signal and 5 Seconds Later i get a Bluescreen what says :

My System are :
Geforce 250 gts Phenom2 Quadcore 945 3.0ghz 530Power from Be quiet . Mainboard Gigabyte GA-M56S-S3

With Windows 7 Ultimate.

What i cant explain is some games work perfect und some not.

Thats the Games they crashes so far everytime i played 10-30 Min :

GTA 4 , Splinter Cell Conviction , Mass Effect 2

Games are work fine are :

Crysis , Resident Evil 5 , Just Cause 2 , Bioshock

What i try so far :

Install many diffrent Drivers from nivida and delete the old driver complete with driver sweeper.
I testet my Ram with ramtest 0 errors.
I tryt diffrent Benchmarks Fur Mark , Crysis or the Resi 5. I got not one Error.

What do you think is there anything that i can do ? The Graphiccard is just 2 week olds i think i can never play gta 4 normaly in my life thats so sad

Im very Thankful for every help i can get.

It is your video driver. It needs to be completely removed and a fresh copy downloaded and installed.

Thanks for the quick answer i think i need help because i already try this : i delete my video driver than i reboot and go to safe mode then i run driver sweeper to delete the rest then i reboot again an installier a fresh new video driver from nvidia an it doesnt work i also try diffrent drivers same problem did i something wrong ?

You cant just delete. YOu need to completely uninstall it. Most MFR's make a removal tool. then you need to go to the MFR site (not use driver anything) and download and install a fresh copy.

@Jonathan_King Can it realy be a broken Video Card? Because i have no Bluescreens or crashes when im working on the Desktop or i can play mw 2 for 3 Hours+ on High Settings with 60 Fps an not one crash. An with Stress test like furmark i have no error and my card get not hotter than 70 grad. But when i play Splinter Cell Conviction on Low settings my System crashes after 30 sec.

I Just download the treiber i reply when i tryt and when it helped. Just after i reboot from unstalling the treiber Windows 7 automaktic install a new treiber what should i do now ? just installer the 197,5 over the treiber that windows just install?

Best advice that I've seen about this error (from here: BSOD )
