No mate I was just wondering if there have been more dumps since the last ones you sent .

I am still seeing a graphics driver fault and I am now wondering if the Furmark test should be run at least it will not do any harm.
http://www.carrona.org/furmark.html just reseat the card before you do it.

I apologize for the late reply John. A new log of my blue screens will be attached. I have resat my card and done a stress test. No graphical errors took place in the 40 minutes that I tested for and my temperature capped at 80 degrees

Hmm sorry for late reply myself Sam been on crappy shifts and these are the dumps from 27th Sept I was just wondering if you had any further blueys.
So if I am reading it right the card is working ok?

You still have some problem devices in msinfo32 though and I think they are just the drivers for the USB ports see pic which I think I may have sent earlier - just have got a lot on at the moment.

Sorry about the really late reply, I got caught up in school and work and forgot to check here. You have sent me info about the usb drivers but I couldn't seem to fix it. The graphics card is running A-OK I have had no further blue screens, but if I were to make a skype call or try to record my screen, I would get one.

Ok Sam no need for apologies mate have been crook with my back and haven't had much to do on the forum until today.

What I might suggest is that you reinstall Skype and before you do after unistalling run these again

http://www.sevenforums.com/tutorials/1538-sfc-scannow-command-system-file-checker.html

http://www.sevenforums.com/tutorials/433-disk-check.html< if necessary include the /f and /r in the command line as per Option2 (insafe mode is a wise way to go)

then these

http://www.superantispyware.com/

https://www.malwarebytes.org/lp/sem/5/?gclid=CJTmq6iGpscCFYqCvQodbfMN1A(free version and untick the trial option when it comes up

http://www.bleepingcomputer.com/download/adwcleaner/

ADW download from bleeping computerdelete any rubbish found with the malware scans

(Anyone running Kasperskyinternet security will find it rants about ADW - ignore it or disable Kasperskywhile running ADW)
just as a precautionary move.

I haven't ran those things yet but when I was attempting to uninstall skype my computer was blue screening. I tested with various programs but it only happened with skype and raptr (both programs were the only ones causing troubles.) I did end up getting them uninstalled after one or two tries but nonetheless I decided it best to bring it to your attention. Attached you will find the .dmp files of the new blue screens. I will run the programs tomorrow when I can.

suggested fix uninstall CCC and use only the graphics device driver and this one which again is I am guessing tied in with the previous dump - it does come up with being linked to an update too

NB I think we tried this one before with not much of a result?

Personally I am not a fan of AMD stuff switched to NVidia a long time ago because of this going on and have had no problems since but it is your budget and choice of course

Ok, I have uninstalled skype, ran the tests, deleted the results (mostly tracking cookies) and reinstalled skype. Skype doesn't seem to be giving me any problems yet but this is what happened with the last time I marked the topic as solved. I will give skype a bit more of a test to see if I encounter problems and if there aren't any, I'll mark as solved.

Hmm maybe mightask for some help on this one Sam because the clean install should not be doingthis.

But beforewe do I am thinking that whoever sold you this machine has inadvertently used abad board or GPU I really am left scratching around now.

Now I mighthave mentioned before but if not when I built my Sandy Bridge desktop a goodwhile ago now (and which I still use when at my place along with the Ivy Bridgeand an old tester) I dumped AMD graphics for NVidia on the advice of a friendon the forum because of very similar problems with the graphics and that CCC.Now I haven't had any problems since because I put Asus GTX 650Ti's in allthree and problems solved.

Now I knowyou have only just got this machine and I don't know if this is a option foryou on budget or choice grounds but I am wondering if you take out the GPUcard and ran the machine on the board graphics whether this problem might goaway - if it does then the card is in all probability the culprit and ifunder any warranty you could RMA it. The graphics are probably not going to beup to much of gaming standards but if the problem like I said goes awaythen that card is faulty.

I am sorry to bump in, but I realize I might have should bump in a little bit earlier.

With a 0x116m 0xEA and a furmark test it is clear that the GPU itself is not at fault but the drivers.
I would try to remove the AMD drivers using Display Driver Uninstaller and clean install it again.
This, because with removing the CCC and its drivers, sometimes the drivers aren't properly removed or removed at all, so this could then cause issues.
Please uninstall everything of AMD using Display Driver Uninstaller and install new drivers from AMD

I am sorry to bump in, but I realize I might have should bump in a little bit earlier.

Nope axe mate we have ben going from the pillar to the post with this one and have at least uninstalled the CCC on two occasions because the dump file was suggesting that as a fix.

Now I have asked Sam if he could try without the graphics card - just with the on board graphics it could rule out the card for one and the board for a second option of something amiss with the hardware.;)

Sorry. Forgot to post a reply. Removing the card did fix the problem. I've dug up my warranty and I'm in the process of getting my gpu replaced now. Until further notice I will mark as solved. I may take you up on your offer about nvidia graphics cards. This one hasn't been worth the trouble. Thank you for all of your help even though my replying speed was not on par.
