Hello and thank you for your help.

I have been receiving a lot of crashes lately. Thought it was the HD so replaced it. Still happening.

I have 3 cards in my system; GTX560ti for graphics, Firewire card for Steinberg MR816csx audio interface, and and UAD-2 processing card for audio plugins.

I thought it was a conflict with my devices and tried to smooth them all out, then I got this last error which is new.

Any ideas?

I have a studio using Sonar X2. I used to have a firewire device (Focusrite Saffire Pro 40) but had issues with it and replaced it with a USB connected Roland Octa-Capture (and a backup MAudio Fastrack Ultra 8R).

I didn't look at your zip file, but the APC Index Mismatch is GENERALLY a driver issue. Did it work OK (never crash) and recently start? or has it always had crash problems?

If it is a recent problem, what has been recently updated? Especially hardware drivers.
