This BSOD happens to me semi-regularly, mostly when recording using Cubase 5, and the three times it happened last night was the final straw for me to look further into this issue... Read submission rules and ran two error dump/debug dump procedures and attached results. Please let me know if you guys can help at all. Thanks!!

If no one has any ideas on this problem could someone post a link on how to interpret these error dump files that I could read over on my own?

You seem to have problems with Catalyst Center, part of your video card drivers. Please deinstall Catalyst and only use the graphics drivers. The possible problem: amdkmdag

If you need help removing Catalyst, please post back

Thank you all for the responses! I have uninstalled Catalyst from my PC. Hopefully this resolves the BSOD problem only time will tell. I will post back if it happens again.
