The file is related to cleaning up Language packs - so the obvious question is whether you've attempted to install MUI language packs without the proper license to do so (i.e. windows 7 Ultimate)

doesn't seem like t's going to be related to your other problems, anyhow

As best as I could tell, you had several printer errors, several NTFS errors, several Network related problems one even mentioned your Broadcom Driver, The others were most likely when you pulled the power to it. They said power was shut off.

Yes, Essenbe you are right, I changed OS from French to English, so Essenbe could read them, and also in order to use all advices which are generally in english ; Microsoft translations in french are not always reliable. I did that around 20/1/2015.
Even after scan and chkdsk OK, I still have (always) the same sequence of 4 errors (in event viewer) at boot :
NTFS
Kernel Session "Microsoft Security Client OOBE" stopped due to the following error: 0xC000000D
and 2 successive printservice errors The print spooler failed to share printer HP Deskjet F4200 series with shared resource name HP Deskjet F4200 series. Error 2114. The printer cannot be used by others on the network.

This 4 errors at boot are without any inconvenience, as far as I feel it. They do not cause BSOD at least in general. They are just puzzling.

The reason for this is possibly that you may have broken licensing rules

BSOD saturday 7, unexpected shutdown today 10 feb

Feb 7 one BSOD while doing nothing (may be screen saver start ?)
Today 11:21 previous system shut down,
12: rebooted without cleanly shutting down
can this be related to a memory problem or can it be only related to the power supply ?
or to some micro cut by electricity provider ?
I don't have friends with a spare power supply,
I might use a power supply of a previous desktop, not sure it is possible.
When (unexpectedly) shutting down, the Dell was nearly idle (one firefox window opened) no real task, so I do not think it can be related to temperature.
When using freemake video converter yesterday the max temperature was 70 ° C

Truthfully, it can be related to any of those. A power loss will do it every time. The only way to know is swapping parts until you find the right one. Your Problem seems to be Freemake mostly though. Maybe find another program to try.
