This occurs daily and can be 2 or 3 times every day. This can be whilst using Chrome or on FM15 or just while it is on and I am not at the computer. I unfortunately know next to nothing about PC's so I don't know how to solve this problem despite researching it.

I have previously had the error code 0x00000117 but this wasn't included in the minidump file

Uninstall the installed display driver using Display Driver Uninstaller. Then install the CCC 14.4 WHQL only.

Let us know for any further BSOD after doing it.

Since posting this I have bought a new PC. I have kept the old one and was just wondering if the problem would be resolved if I did a factory reset on it or restored it to a point before the issue occurred. Thanks in advance if you reply
