Actually, I believe you found your problem. It would be pretty much conclusive if you could try your card in another machine. But, I understand the problems involved and don't blame you one bit. See what Asus says and try to RMA the card again.Let us know how it goes and how the new card works. I would be intrested to know what Asus say.

So I got the card "working" as far as I can tell. I did put in an RMA but a day before they responded I decided to do a clean install of everything. Updated drivers,firmware ect. Have a feeling my motherboard pci-e slot was messed up. Weird that it did it.

I am pretty sure the card is functioning fine now. But to be sure wanted to find the cause of this NEW BSOD and make sure it is not the graphics card. If it is, going to probably RMA the card.

I ran the test for about 15 min. No artifacts and temps were around 88c hitting a max of 91c. Is that sufficient for the test? During the test though, I was getting really bad FPS, and it said "throttling." It kept going back and forth between normal gpu speed and the throttle speed. Is that normal?

Also I have an OC on my system. Same one I was using with my old graphics card and never had a problem. Overclock is i7 920 @3.8 I can give you the settings I am using if necessary.

I was wondering if the card could maybe not be getting enough voltage? The card is stock speed.

It rarely crashes when gaming, but when browsing the web with video or just randomly:/

Unless your PSU is malfunctioning, the card should be getting plenty of voltage. You have a 750W PSU, a 550W is recommended for the card. I am sure that you have made sure that the connections are securely seated. You may want to download GPUz and set it to save a log file. Run a stress test and use it until you get another BSOD. Look at the log and see what happens just before the BSOD. Your problem seems to be either the card, motherboard or the PSU. I would recommend to set your system at default settings and run the card and see if you get the same results. I would also download EVGA's Precision X and set a more aggressive fan profile to keep temps a little lower.

As I recall from your other thread, you ran another card in your machine without problems. This would indicate to me that the motherboard is not the issue. If it were mine, I would proceed with the RMA. If the new card does the same thing, I would be looking at the PSU or motherboard. 3 bad cards in a row from EVGA is almost not possible. In the mean time I would set your machine to default settings (no overclock!) and run memtest86 and stress your CPU with Prime95. You need to know whether you are having a problem with your other hardware or your graphics card. When you get your new card. I would leave the machine at default settings for a good while and see if you have issues. After you have satisfied yourself that the card is running properly, then you can slowly overclock your CPU again. If during this process your card starts acting up, you will know it is the overclock and not the card.

Ye, I ran another card in the machine fine, but didn't really test it as long as I did this card. The problem didn't happen for several hours. And with the gtx 570 I don't always BSOD just sometimes. What happens is everything just becomes laggy. Like I can only move the mouse a few inches before it locks up and then have to wait like 10 secs before I can move it again. I have to restart my computer because it doesn't get any better.

I set overclock setting back to normal stock settings and will run the computer for awhile with these settings. EVGA offered cross-ship RMA so probably going to RMA the card anyways. Probably worth it, just have to drain and fill my system again:/
