BSOD, watching vid, dvd, bfme

Hi,

Here's my rig:
Dell Studio XPS Laptop 1645
Intel Core i7 CPU Q820 1.73GHz
ATI Mobility Radeon™ HD 4670
Windows 7 Home 64bit
8GB

I got it january 2010 and first was plauged with complete freeze/hangs, which I think were win7 / zone alarm related. Now I get BSOD when trying to watch videos, dvds or playing games (BFME). Never right away, just after a while. The dumps always seem to indicate ntoskrnl with UNEXPECTED_KERNEL_MODE_TRAP. I have attached all of my mini dumps including the one from a few hours ago. Don't know if I have a lemon laptop, or just driver/software issues, or some hardware issue. Downloaded and installed all updated chipsets/drivers from dell support. Any help or suggestions welcome.

Virtually all of these are the same. Bugcheck 7E
Usual causes: Memory corruption, Hardware (memory in particular), Installing a faulty or mismatched hardware (especially memory) or a failure after installing it, Device drivers, SCSI/network/BIOS updates needed, Improperly seated cards, Incompatible storage devices, Overclocking, Virus scanner, Backup tool, Bad motherboard, Missing Service Pack

Since several of the possible causes are memory related I would download memtestx86 and run it for 5 passes.

Of course if you are overclocking stop. set everything back to default
If you have a raid update its driver

I downloaded and ran MemTest86+ 4.10 for 5 passes. All passed sadly. Its bad when you are hoping for a memory error. I am not overclocking in any way. I had to reinstall BFME. I finished that and went up to lunch. When I returned my machine had rebooted. Went into BlueScreenView and saw that after I had installed BFME, my machine Blue Screened twice while I wasn't there lol. The new dump files seem the same as the old, ntoskrnl.exe with nothing else in the stack, bugcheck code 7F. Note: you said 7E above - let me know if I am missreading. Not sure what to try next. I am at latest Dell BIOS (1645_A08.exe Bios A08), latest Windows Updates, latest Zone Alarm Extreme Security (9.1.507.000), etc..
