BSOD watching video Vista 7

Hello!

First i would like to thank all you people that devote your self to helping others.
Amazing!!

Now to my problem:
My computer dies when i watch video, and some times also when just reading on internet. Actullay the computer did die when i was trying to write this post

Strange thing is that CAD useally works fine. But watching video crashes the computer in like 2 min.

Please help me before i crush the computer with a sledge hammer.

Ok that all looks good to me. So on to that not please do the following, check to see if there is an update for your Bios it is very old and this can cause all sorts of problems:

Next please check to see if there are updates for your video card drivers they to are old and are what is being blamed for the problem:
