Hi there! :)

When I boot up my computer gives me the BSoD, and the only thing I can remember is the error code 0x000000b3. I don't think it's a virus as I've already been on a virus forum with this and my computer's clean. My programs are all updated too.

I needed to restart my computer today as my internet randomly switched off, and when it was loading BSoD appeared, then when it restarted (again) it showed up again, and again.

When the error panel appeared this is what it said:

Problem signature:

Additional information about the problem:

C:\Windows\Minidump\021315-27362-01.dmp

Could someone please help me? This has been happening to frequently it's such an inconvenience. Thank you. Logs will be attached. :)

Thank you so much for the reply! Also I'm really sorry for the late post.

I've done as you have specified, but I'm afraid I completely forgot to mention something that I believe may be relevant, and after uninstalling McAfee the problem still persists. Often times my computer's audio catches and makes a sound I can only describe as grinding coming from the speaker? (I've recorded it if you need it) My screen also freezes and won't move, meaning I have to switch off my computer. It happened once again after I uninstalled the program, and I'm wondering if it's related or an issue with a driver or anything?

I should've been more accurate sorry. The problem is:
Often times my computer's audio catches and makes a sound I can only describe as grinding coming from the speakers? (I've recorded it if you need it) My screen also freezes and won't move, meaning I have to switch off my computer. It happened once again after I uninstalled the program, and I'm wondering if it's related or an issue with a driver or anything?

And it happened before and after the BSoD issue, and I was wondering if you know anything that could be causing it? I was thinking it could've been related. Or should I post in another forum?

......And it happened before and after the BSoD issue, ......
That means, if the issue is there, there should be BSODs too. Bu the data does not reveal it.

I work on BSODs only, as teh others active in this section of the forums; but if audio crashes, you should update the audio driver. It is too old.
Code:

Go to Acer and search for it. The model number is Veriton M430.

But what I am seeing is not very positive. Download Drivers and Manuals | Acer Official Site
Go to Realtek ... get it from them. Apply it. See how it goes.

Report us for any further BSOD.
