Hello,

Problem arises sometimes only. When I go away from my desktop for more than half hour. My monitor & CPU goes to sleep mode. Whenever I come back, press some keys on keyboard or use my mouse to awake them, CPU gets awake but I couldn't see anything on my monitor & after several seconds, CPU gets restarted. When I log into my account again I get this message:

This install appears to be based on an MSDN-type Product Key?
The Installed Office is also a subscription-only version.

You have a counterfeit version of Adobe CS5 installed.

I have to wonder whether the windows and Office versions are also counterfeit?

Hello,
I got MS Windows & Office both from Microsoft Dreamspark.

I don't think so that is the issue. So mind if you can tell what exactly problem is? I sense some driver problem or maybe if I stop sleeping mode of CPU would solve my problem.

that explains the license types then; No problem!
This error in the event logs caught my eye...
Code:
The UPnP Device Host service failed to start due to the following error:
The service did not start due to a logon failure.

Please open an Elevated COmmand Prompt, and run the following commands....

SC QC upnphost
SC QUERYEX upnphost
SC SDSHOW upnphost
SC QPRIVS upnphost
SC QSIDTYPE upnphost

post the results

Here are some instructions to make life easier :)
1) To open an Elevated Command Prompt Window (the ECP window), click on Start, All Programs, Accessories – then right-click on Command Prompt, and select Run as Administrator. Accept the UAC prompt.
2) To run the commands easier, highlight the block of commands, and right-click on the highlight – select Copy. In the CP Window, click on the black/white icon at top left – select Paste. The commands will run but may not complete the last command, so hit the Enter Key once.
3) To copy the results... click on the Black/White icon in the top left, and select Edit... 'Select All', and hit the Enter key - then use Ctrl+V or r-click+Paste to paste it into your response.
