REGISTRY_ERROR (51)
[B][COLOR="Red"]Something has gone badly wrong with the registry[/COLOR][/B]. If a kernel debugger
is available, get a stack trace. It can also indicate that the registry got
an I/O error while trying to read one of its files, so it can be caused by
hardware problems or filesystem corruption.
It may occur due to a failure in a refresh operation, which is used only
in by the security system, and then only when resource limits are encountered.

Have you tampered with the registry recently?

Code:
Start Menu\Programs\Advanced SystemCare 8	Public:Start Menu\Programs\Advanced SystemCare 8	Public
Start Menu\Programs\IObit Uninstaller	Public:Start Menu\Programs\IObit Uninstaller	Public
You have a few programs installed that are known to cause all sorts of problems, many culminating in BSOD's. The best advice I can give you is to:

1. Perform a System Restore to a point prior to the installation of the software listed above, or
2. In Safe Mode, attempt to uninstall the software listed above

Failing that, try a Startup Repair from a Windows 7 DVD:
http://www.sevenforums.com/tutorials/681-startup-repair.html

I notice you also appear to have 2 antivirus products installed, which could be conflicting with one another.

Code:
Start Menu\Programs\Kaspersky Internet Security	Public:Start Menu\Programs\Kaspersky Internet Security	Public
Start Menu\Programs\McAfee Security Scan Plus	Public:Start Menu\Programs\McAfee Security Scan Plus	Public
I suggest removing one of them - remove MaCrapee.

It probably got installed when updating either Java or Flash...

You should run the McAfee cleanup tool.

Download the McAfee removal tool from:

http://download.mcafee.com/products/licensed/cust_support_patches/MCPR.exe

Click Save, and save the file to a folder on your computer.
Navigate to the folder where you saved the file.
right-click on MCPR.exe and select 'Run as Administrator' to run the removal tool.

when complete, reboot.
