Bsod when playing 0x00000124 Hal.dll ntoskrnl.exe

So i got this bsod when playing. Had this same issues many times when installed OS again when had new cpu and thought it was misinstalled driver issue or something. Reinstalled OS and had bsod again after installing drivers and updates, never had bsod on old prosessor

Did check temps with Coretemp while playing and didnt get even over 50°.

Did run memtest last night +9 hours with 5 passes without errors and Furmark for GPU with 75° max.
Any compatibility issues or something with new cpu with Memory or something. Please help
