Hi everyone,

I'm new to the forums so I want to thank you in advance for any help you can provide in solving this issue.

Recently (about 2-3 weeks ago) I updated my version of Unreal Engine to 4.15.2 and updated my GeForce drivers to the latest version.

Since then I've noticed random BSOD while using the program. It happens several times a day now and it ONLY happens while running UE4.

What Ive tried so far:
-FurMark stress test found no issues
-Removed all Nvidia drivers and reinstalled the previous drive (last known driver before crashes)
-Used the SFC tool to check for integrity
-Checked both HDD with the Check Disk tool

No issues were found with these tools and even after rolling back my Nvidia driver, Im still getting the BSOD.

I have also tried using UE4 on a blank project to rule out is something on my project...still BSOD.

I have attached my system files here. Please take a look and let me know if you find something.

Thank you so much for your help!

Your report states that you are using a Non Genuine copy of software
This forum's Rules clearly state that help will not be provided to those using Non genuine Software.

Rule 4
No piracy or discussion of piracy allowed at all. Such as software, music, videos and other intellectual property violations (e.g. downloading youtube videos locally etc) - it is forum policy that no help shall be given to people who knowingly steal software or services.

One of the main reasons for this is that the act of pirating software will inevitably change the working of software and make investigation and repair impossible. Please install a legitimate copy of the software and if you are still experiencing the issue we will be pleased to assist - No further assistance will be provided until we are satisfied that the software is genuine.

Thanks for replying Axe0,

This is an old machine and it still has stock Windows 7. UE4 is free, so not sure what is coming up as illegitimate. There is one person that could have installed something a while back, but I doubt it.

Regardless, I understand the policy and will look into what could be installed on my machine.

I'll post again when I figure this out.

Thanks!
