BSOD when playing any game, error 0x0000003B

Hi there,
I am a first time poster...also not the most technical type
I´m getting this error for several days now. It occures mostly when i play games for about 10-30 minutes and sometimes when just browsing web.
Well it seems to be happening more and more, for the past three hours I got BSOD 5 times

Your installation is counterfeit, you appear to have a OEM_SLP key on a retail motherboard, please format and install with a genuine key.

I don´t know what that means. Could you explain?
I haven´t changed anything in settings. The computer was a gift so i don´t know what has been done with it before

A OEM_SLP keys can only be installed by the original manufacturer, for example let's say HP or Acer. OEM_SLP keys on a retail motherboard, only work due to modifications to the operating system to bypass activation requirements.

Sorry i´m dumb. So it means its fake right?
Well warranty has probably run out by now there is nothing i can do I guess.
Anyway can you atleast tell what to do please? Never got a problem like this before.

Go and buy a Windows 7 installation DVD.
