BSOD when playing games

BSOD happens sometimes(like once in few days) when I play many games but strangely it happens always when playing WARFACE game in particular...lowered the graphics to LOW but still happens,before BSOD,screen freezes mid game and then I get one color screen then BSOD comes and computer shuts down...hope someone can help,here is that file from DM Log Collector View attachment 407149

Looking at your files, you're using an older graphics driver. Since Radeon has designated the 6000 GPU series as legacy, I suggest updating to the Crimson 16.2.1 Beta driver.
