BSOD when playing Games

Well, you removed the application, but it didn't remove the filter drivers (Kaspersky is the same as Symantec in this regard - crap software design, if you ask me). You'll either have to run the tool again, or get device manager to show nonpresent devices and manually remove the non plug-and-play driver device it puts there.
