As the title says. This is really frustrating to me :( I hope I can get this fix, I was going to buy a whole new pc! This is a custom and it's fairly new. Anyone please! :[View attachment 309715

Hello there!

Seems like the dump is pointing to amdppm.sys which is AMD Processor driver. I would recommend to reinstall all the chip set drivers. Preferably an updated version of the driver from manufacture's website. Also the next step is to see if you have a BIOS update, if so please update it.

I found one the defaulter that cause BSOD, Let's try something. Let's remove jswpslwfx.sys


  • Open the Network and Sharing Center Change adapter settings
  • right-click the "Wireless Network Connection"
  • Properties
  • click on "Jumpstart Wireless Intermediate Driver" and select "Uninstall" > proceed with the uninstall
  • Restart the computer.

Thank you for taking the time to help me. I did what you told me about the Network thing and uninstalled it. Idk what that is haha, why did I have to uninstall that? Also, how do I check if I need a BIOS update and where can I go to update it?

I went on the website and it didn't find my drivers? Ah this is so frustrating :( My graphic card is a NVIDIA GeForce GTX 280 which is updated.

Never mind, I think I did it.

updated my BIOS as well.

I went on the website and it didn't find my drivers? Ah this is so frustrating :( My graphic card is a NVIDIA GeForce GTX 280 which is updated.
