Hello, I recently had two BSOD this week when I plugged in my xbox controller (0x0000010d). When I put the minidumps in bluescreenview, it highlighted Wdf01000.sys and the controller's driver (xusb21). Any clue to what might be the issue?

Hey all, I just wanted to post an update about this BSOD, I tried to reproduce the BSOD today by plugging in different usb devices into the port and couldn't get anything to happen until I noticed the 360 controller had a frayed wire. Moving the wire around and causing a disconnection resulted in a BSOD with the same 0x0000010d error code. Now I'm suspecting that the crashes have to do with the frayed wire. Thoughts?
