BSOD When returning from sleep mode.

I've included the Minidump file.

Useful info:

I have gotten BSOD many times before that really seemed to be a busted memory block. I suspect this because it only happened when I would click a link to open a pic or video sometimes. That's when it caches to memory, so it makes sense that randomly I would try to access that block and it would BSOD, so I bought 8gb of RAM and upgraded my video card. Info in my profile is up to date and current. I thought the BSOD would end, but here I am 2 days later and $500 lighter and it's still happening.

Any ideas for someone who's run out of ideas?

EDIT: It's not every time I return from sleep, it happens at all sorts of unexpected time, never under heavy strain.

so I bought 8gb of RAM and upgraded my video card.
All the recent BSODs are with ATI display driver.

And your GPU is NVIDIA GeForce GTX 760.

That means no more BSOD after changing the GPU.

Is it ok?

I had another BSOD after I installed the video card. I installed it two days ago and it happened yesterday morning when I brought it back from sleep.

I want to answer your question correctly but I'm not sure what you mean by "Is it ok?".

As per the updated data, the BSODs were caused by AMD display driver.
