BSOD when running games, 0x00000124

This occurs when ever I play 3D games, while my hardware can run most games pretty smoothly, it randomly Blue Screens when playing them. I know the obvious solution is do not play games, but surely there's a fix.

Here's some basic spec:

Windows 7 Ultimate 64bit SP1
AMD Athlon 64 Processor 3800+ 2.40Ghz
3.00 GB
nVidia Geforce 6100 nForce 405

More detailed stuff as well as dmp files in zip file as instructed by BSOD Posting Instructions.
Also, System Health Report is saved as res.html in the zip archive


Really hope someone can resolve this, it's becoming a pain -.-

Your .dmp file shows a stop error of 0x124 which is a general hardware error .

A "stop 0x124" is fundamentally different to many other types of bluescreens because it stems from a hardware complaint.

Stop 0x124 minidumps contain very little practical information, and it is therefore necessary to approach the problem as a case of hardware in an unknown state of distress.
